Then lower the treadmill speed back to 3 miles per hour and a 0% incline and do this for 2 minutes 

Continue doing this until you have done this for 30 minutes. This is part one of your new years resolutions weight loss program.

You need to lower calories by 500 a day, this is 500 calories less than what you need on a day-to-day basis to sustain basic. this weight loss principle works because you need to bur three thousand five hundred calories to lose  pound of body fat and you can accomplish this by using the treadmill as I just described and lowering calories as I just explained Just start- this is the secret to accomplishing your new years resolutions weight loss goals using your treadmill
